Job Oppotunity At Our Client-Sales Manager

Our client is a well established Micro Finance Institution with branches countrywide. As part of their growth strategy and to take services closer to the customers, the company is establishing a network of agencies in all the regions in Tanzania. Consequently, the position of a Sales Manager to spearhead the roll out of this agency network has been created.
Reporting to the CEO, the Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to increase the market share by establishing and growing the agency network, supporting the agencies and their staff to generate more sales, and also exploring other revenue generating models. Responsibilities and Duties
• Agency sales strategy development and implementation
• Achieving agency channel targets
• Establishing and growing the agency network
• Training and supporting agency owners and their staff
• Ensuring that the agencies comply with the set rules
• Brand and corporate image management
• Market intelligence gathering and analysis
Key competences and Skills
• Outstanding sales acumen
• Great leadership and interpersonal skills
• Performance driven
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Minimum Requirements
• At least five years experience in middle/senior sales management positions
• A sales, marketing or related degree from a reputable institution
• Experience working with channel partners and or agents
• Must be a Tanzanian Citizen Remuneration and Benefits
