Job Description

  1. Responsible for establishing the system for customer service, such as after-sales service management system, customer information management
  2. The implementation of the various systems of the organization, supervision and customer service, and personnel evaluation;
  3. Follow-up post-sales, and provide quality after-sales service;
  4. Develop sales, marketing and sales departments work program and projects to improve the corporate image, to ensure customer loyalty;
  5. Handling customer complaints and customer grievances and improve customer satisfaction;
  6. Training and support of customer service professionals to guide the work of subordinates and the implementation of the assessment;
  7. Complete the marketing manager for others temporary task.

Job Qualifications

  1. A female candidate
  2. Have knowledge or skills in Cellphone Sales
  3. Good at Computer Especially MS Excel
  4. Have at least two years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Fast Moving Goods (FMCG)
  5. Have Advanced Diploma Or Degree
